My Profile
Click your name in the top right and select “My Profile.”Here, you can:

Manage your KW email and reset your password
Add your recovery email (important: don’t use your KW email for this)
Update your personal info, mailing address, and emergency contact
Add bank account info for Profit Share
Don’t forget to check your MLS affiliations and verify your Market Center information and splits under the “Office” section.
⚙️ Step 3: Connect Your Integrations
Click your name > Settings. This is where you can connect all your favorite tools:
DocuSign (Follow setup instructions at answers.kw.com)
Facebook, Instagram, Google Calendar, Gmail, Office 365
Twilio (for texting through Command) – Set it up in the Marketplace, choose a number, and assign a forwarding number.
Be sure to use your KW email where possible—it makes the process smoother!

Update your contact info
Add your correct service areas (especially if you work in areas different from your Market Center location)
🎨 Step 6: Upload Your Assets in Designs
Head to Designs > Create Design > Print > Next, and then click Assets.
Upload your headshots and remove the background if needed
Add all necessary logos (Market Center, personal brand, etc.)

This gives you powerful CRM tools in your pocket!

Now that your contacts are in Command, it’s time to automate your follow-up.
Go to SmartPlans > Library
Scroll down to Keller Williams SmartPlans
Click Add SmartPlan on all KW-provided plans
Use the Bi-Weekly Neighborhood Nurture for market updates—just make sure your contacts have a neighborhood or physical address listed!
