If you're a real estate agent trying to keep up with content creation, you already know the struggle—especially when it comes to editing video. Whether you're filming market updates, home tours, client tips, or social media reels, video editing can feel like a full-time job.
That’s why I’m excited to share one of my favorite tools: Gling AI. It has completely changed the game for me, cutting my editing time in half and making it so much easier to stay consistent with video content.
Hi, I'm Bren Brewer, your favorite tech trainer for real estate agents. Let me walk you through how I use Gling to speed up my workflow—without sacrificing quality.
What Is Gling AI?
Gling is an AI-powered video editing assistant designed for creators, educators, and anyone who talks to the camera (which is basically all of us in real estate these days). It:
Automatically removes silences
Cuts out filler words like um, uh, and you know
Cleans up bad takes
Adds smart captions
Offers simple export options for Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and more
It’s perfect for real estate agents who want to create consistent content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—without getting stuck in the editing weeds.
How It Works (Quick Tour)
Start by uploading your raw video. I uploaded my April market update as a test.
Gling asks a few setup questions: What language is the video in? Do you have a script? Are there multiple camera angles?
Then you choose your enhancements—cut silences, remove bad takes, add captions, insert a like/subscribe button, and more.
Click enhance and edit, and let it work its magic.
For my 10-minute video, it took about 12 minutes to fully process—including cuts and transcript generation.
Real Agent Workflow, Real Results
When I reviewed the edited version, I saw right away that it had removed all the unnecessary pauses and cleaned up my delivery—without me doing any manual trimming. One thing to note: on this test run, captions were only applied to the first clip. That may have been a glitch or a length limit, but even so, it still pulled a full transcript, which is perfect for SEO (hello blog post!).
You can also go back and tweak anything the AI cut out. Just right-click and select uncut to bring something back in.
Once you're happy with the result, export it however you need:
Full edited video
Audio-only
Project files for Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve
Is It Worth It?
Gling offers a free version with a watermark, but honestly—the $10/month starter plan is the sweet spot for most real estate agents. It includes up to 10 hours of video processing a month, which is more than enough if you're creating weekly content. There’s also a $20/month pro plan if you’re running a larger operation or batch recording.
I’ve found the $10/month version to be 100% worth it for what I need.
Final Thoughts
If you've ever spent two hours editing a ten-minute video, Gling is going to feel like magic. It’s like having a smart assistant who already knows what to cut—so you can focus on showing up, sharing value, and building your brand.
