Hey there, Houston-area agents! I’ve got an exciting update straight from HAR that’s going to make your life a whole lot easier — especially if you work with clients across the state.
I’m Bren Brewer, your favorite tech trainer and Associate Broker at Keller Williams Professionals in Spring, and when this update hit my inbox, I knew I had to share it with you right away.
📣 New Supra Key Reciprocity Agreement
Starting February 3rd, agents with a HAR-issued Supra eKey will now be able to unlock Supra lockboxes across North Texas, including the entire Dallas-Fort Worth area!
This new key reciprocity agreement includes 12 local associations under the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS). If you’re helping clients who are relocating or purchasing across the state, this is a major win.
Quick Reminder: You still need to make an appointment and have written authorization before accessing a Supra lockbox — so don’t skip those steps!
🏡 Supra Now Covers:
Austin
San Antonio
Dallas-Fort Worth
Galveston
…and of course, Houston
That’s a lot of coverage without ever switching systems!
📊 MLS Data Sharing on the Horizon
But wait — there’s more. HAR is also partnering with NTREIS on a Matrix MLS data share that’s launching later this year. That means you’ll soon be able to access listings and data from across the state — without leaving your local MLS interface.
If you’ve ever worked with a client moving to Austin, San Antonio, or Dallas and had to juggle multiple platforms — you know what a game-changer this is.
